Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
Our Services
VettiGroup provides AI-powered digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- AI Video Ad Creation
- Persuasive Copywriting
- AI Landing Page Design
- Facebook Ads Management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Ensure you have the right to use any content you provide
- Pay all fees on time as agreed
- Not use our services for any illegal purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
Payment is required before project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:
- UPI / Bank Transfer
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Digital Wallets
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
Delivery & Revisions
We strive to deliver all projects within the agreed timeframe. Standard delivery is 48 hours for most projects.
Revision policy:
- Video Ads: 2 revisions included
- Landing Pages: 5 revisions included
- Combo Packages: Unlimited revisions
Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of:
- Pre-designed templates and frameworks
- AI algorithms and tools used
- Any reusable components or code libraries
You warrant that you have the right to use all content you provide to us for inclusion in your deliverables.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VettiGroup shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from your use of our services
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Client information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
